About the Role

You will join our Video Production team as a Videographer, playing a key role in bringing brand stories to life through compelling visual content. You will work on a diverse range of projects—from promotional and advertising films to social media videos and product demonstrations—collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and clients to execute concepts from pre-production through final delivery. Your technical expertise and creative eye will directly impact how our clients' messages resonate with their audiences across digital and broadcast channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage for promotional, advertising, and social media content using professional cameras and equipment.

• Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting rigs, audio systems, and stabilization gear.

• Collaborate with creative directors and producers to interpret briefs and execute visual concepts on set.

• Scout locations, assess lighting conditions, and plan technical requirements for shoots.

• Manage on-set logistics, coordinate with talent and crew, and ensure efficient production workflows.

• Contribute creative input during pre-production planning and post-production review phases.

Required Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a videographer or camera operator, with a portfolio demonstrating commercial, advertising, or broadcast work.

• Advanced proficiency with professional video cameras (cinema cameras, DSLRs, or mirrorless systems) and industry-standard equipment.

• Strong understanding of cinematography principles: composition, lighting, color grading workflows, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with video production workflows, including shot logging, file management, and delivery specifications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments and adapt to changing creative directions.

• Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken) for client communication and on-set direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shooting for social media platforms and understanding platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, duration, style).

• Familiarity with color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Experience with drone videography or aerial cinematography.

• Knowledge of audio recording and microphone techniques for on-location shoots.

• Portfolio that includes work across multiple genres: commercials, documentaries, music videos, or corporate content.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or animation integration in post-production.

• Familiarity with 360-degree or immersive video production.

• Background in photography or visual arts that informs your cinematographic approach.
